    We are seeking a tech-savvy learning practitioner who will help oversee corporate university operations, develop and manage a portfolio of learning solutions, and if needed, roll up their sleeves to develop training content (includes instructor-led, web-based, video tutorial and self-paced job aids).

    SUMMARY

    • Oversee corporate university operations and learning events execution with the goal of delivering a world-class educational experience for employees.
    • Manage and drive a portfolio of training projects and initiatives to completion.
    • Assist in the development, editing, and finalization of learning materials, trainer guides, class materials, and job aids as needed.

    CORPORATE UNIVERSITY OPERATIONS

    • Support training analyst and training coordinator to ensure learning projects, initiatives and events are successfully delivered on-time, on-budget.
    • From the ground up, create programs to cultivate a culture of learning within employee population.
    • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to develop learning solutions.
    • Lead project teams, collaborating with customers to design, develop and deliver learning solutions, following established development processes, project schedules and branding standards.
    • Proactively develop roadmaps, schedules, and monitoring activities to keep training delivery operations on track
    • Identify training department function gaps, develop and implement mitigation actions.
    • Build evaluation instruments and methods to capture business metrics.
    • Assist with customer requests and questions and provide suggestions for resolution.

    INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN SUPPORT

    • As needed, design and develop learning deliverables in alignment with leadership and branding standards. Deliverables may include interactive eLearning (Articulate), video tutorials (Camtasia), instructor led classroom curriculum and printed self-paced training materials (Adobe InDesign).

    LMS ADMINISTRATION

    • Lead the corporate universitys transition to the new LMS (Cornerstone)
    • Review submitted training records (attendance), assessments and/or controlled documents for accuracy and completion.
    • Oversee the edit and delimiting of courses, qualification and tasks in LMS.
    • Record and control training information in the LMS
    • Edit/link training materials and ensure availability to learners via LMS and Intranet

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BA/BS in Business, Education or Computer or equivalent practical experience
    • World-class customer centric mindset
    • 5+ years of corporate training experience
    • 2+ years project management experience
    • Demonstrated success in the design, development and delivery of innovative large-scale learning programs
    • Ability to design and develop learning deliverables in alignment with branding standards.

    • Prior experience as a Learning Management System (LMS) admin
    • Prior experience developing programs that promote learning culture
    • Mastery of graphic design and layout tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + InDesign).

    GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The Revenue Operations Educator I supports the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives – they provide impactful learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization. The educator role also supports new hire on-boarding and other department-specific training needs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Trains new and existing teammates
      • Training covers Revenue Operations systems, functions and processes or general professional development topics
      • Delivers training to offsite teammates virtually or in person, as required
    • Leads, partners and supports customers on training projects and talent development initiatives

    Location: T-Mobile, Bellevue Campus

    Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hrs/wk

    Responsible for being onsite. Remote work allowed only for heads-down research work, however, management would like the resource to be onsite in Bellevue to interact with their pod and build rapport.

    Travel: No travel necessary. May have an occasional need, but this is not common.

    Details:

    This Instructional Designer (ID) will be working within HR (human resources). They will be focusing their time developing leadership courses for T-Mobile employees, enterprise wide (roughly 50,000 employees). The content they create is for Sr. Management employees. The team also supports training and development for those that have been identified as a leader or as high-potential employees. The employee may be a new manager, or they may have never been a manager in the past. They are nominated into a 4 month program that this team creates the content/training for. The program focuses on building business acumen, how to be a coach, includes involvement from management employees (as SMEs). Content can be for retail associates, all the way up to senior level directors within T-Mobile.

    100% of this Contractors time will be focused on building/creating/researching/ developing content. They will spend a lot of time at their desk, researching, pulling content together, having stakeholder calls, interviewing SMEs, etc. This position includes ZERO presentations, uploading to a CMS, or coordinating presentations, scheduling, etc. This person is not responsible for training or facilitating at all. ONLY CONTENT creation and the research this entails.

    This particular pod that this Instructional Designer will join is for upper manager level resources (Sr. Manager wanting to become a Director) that have been nominated. This resource must have experience with senior leadership content creation.

    Based on the details above, it is important that the resource has experience as an Instructional Designer, developing micro training for:

    1. Senior Leadership or management training/course development

    AND/OR

    2. Coaching

    AND/OR

    3. Talent Management/leadership development

    This Instruction Designer will join a pod that consists of:
