Educator Consultant II
At King County Government, the Career and Culture Division within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) seeks an experienced learning and development professional for a Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) role as an Educator Consultant II. This position will be responsible for the delivery and continuous development of county-wide learning programs that allow employees to develop and thrive, while ensuring we exceed the expectations of the people of King County.
To build capabilities of King County supervisors and managers, this role will be responsible for the implementation of the county-wide rollout of the Leading the Way leadership development series in partnership with a second Leadership Development Educator. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to bring thought leadership and innovation to training and to serve as leadership subject matter experts on program and curriculum development. There will also be opportunities to develop and adapt aspects of the curriculum as well as provide consistent evaluation and assessment to support program efficacy.
