Technology & Learning Practice Lead

WrightRobbins, a full service technology learning consultancy, is looking for an entrepreneurial professional to join our team as a Technology & Learning Practice Lead.  In this key role you will support the company’s technical vision and will play an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.  The Technology & Learning Practice Lead will serve as a technical expert for cross-company initiatives and will participate in the development of new service offerings.

This role requires depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, along with familiarity with other industry leaders in the technology arena.  The desired candidate will have deep technical skills, experience consulting in the enterprise space along with strong project management experience.  Experience with learning delivery and/or learning curriculum development is also preferred. The ability to offer consulting expertise in an unstructured environment and exhibit business acumen is essential.

This position requires a self-motivated, organized individual with the ability to offer leadership and expertise, with top-notch management skills to help build and mentor a growing team of learning architects.  Responsibilities also include overseeing the successful development and execution of key program initiatives.

Job Requirements:

·         10 – 15+ years of professional business or technology consulting or similar experience

·         Proven consulting experience with Director-level and above individuals within enterprise client organizations

·         Comprehensive management experience across multiple IT disciplines

·         Proven leadership and management skills

·         Experience developing business strategies with successful execution

·         Depth expertise in Microsoft technologies

·         Experience developing, implementing and managing complex, multi-faceted learning plans, strategies, tactics and budgets preferred

·         Microsoft Certified Trainer preferred,  or equivalent experience conducting technical presentations

·         Strong oral and written business communication skills

·         Ability to gracefully juggle multiple tasks and competing demands simultaneously

·         Ability to work under tight deadlines and on several initiatives at once

·         Ability to work effectively with ambiguity
