     GENERAL PURPOSE:

    The Revenue Operations Educator supports the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives – they provide impactful

    learning experiences and resources to build skills and competencies across the organization. The educator role also supports new hire on-boarding and other department-specific training needs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •Trains new and existing teammates

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Invista is working on an RFP for a 6 day instructor-led intensive leadership program for a local client.  The course will be delivered twice per year in the Seattle area for potentially up to 4 years. 

     

    The proposal is due by Nov 20th. 

    I will select 3-4 designers/facilitators with a deep experience in Leadership training to make up the design team and work on the project proposal of the RFP.  We will provide some compensation for the RFP course design work, and the priority spots for the project, to develop and facilitate the program, if we are awarded it. 

     

    The program must develop the following capacities in the company’s leaders:

     

    ·         Tactical Management Skills in a Matrixed Environment

    ·         Process Management

    ·         Soft Skills

     

    The topics that must be covered in the course are:

     

    ·         Individual, Group, and Organizational Theories (of Leadership)

    ·         Systems Thinking

    ·         Change Management

    ·         Conflict Frameworks and Resolution Models

    ·         Emotional Intelligence

     

    We may also introduce models, tools, and resources from our own expertise to add value to the program.  e.g. assessment tools, 180 or 360 degree feedback, MBTI, DISC, Situational Leadership Models, VUCA Leadership, etc.

    The Worldwide Field Enablement team is looking for a Sr Technical Training Developer who is passionate about technology and wants to help increase the effectiveness of F5’s technical sales force. This position reports directly to the Manager, Curriculum Design and Delivery.

    This role has two core responsibilities. For part of the year, you will manage the implementation of F5’s Systems Engineer Specialist Events, twice yearly training events covering Security, Cloud, Core, and Service Provider specialist focus areas. For the remainder of the year, you will use your knowledge of F5 solutions and alliance technologies to design, develop, deliver, and maintain a technical enablement curriculum and other enablement resources focusing on F5’s core products (LTM and GTM).

    Content will be delivered through varying mediums, including instructor-led classes, e-learning, self-study courses, role-plays, hands-on labs, etc. Success requires alignment and collaboration with subject matter experts within the SE organization, product management and marketing.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
    · Technical event management (50%)
    o Manage the content development for Systems Engineer Specialist Events by:
    - Working with the Global Solution Architect team and company subject matter experts to plan and execute event sessions and hands-on labs
    - Serve as the virtual lab expert for session developers

    o Design and develop new technical product training courses
