President's Message | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Fall is here, bringing crisp air, some welcome (or not welcome) rain, busier schedules, “back to school” feeling of anticipation. One thing I remember from the beginning of the school year, was my excitement over choosing classes. When I look at the lineup for our Workplace Learning Conference, I feel that same anticipation along with a feeling of wanting to attend them all. Our Conference Team is bringing some amazing keynote speakers and an exciting lineup of sessions. Check the list here, and if you haven’t done so yet, register here. I'm also anticipating is the programs and events for our chapter in 2018. Our organization is for our members and fueled by our members who volunteer. We’re thinking about ways that we can better serve our members. To do that well, we need hear from you. Please take 10 minutes of your time to share your thoughts and feedback with us via the annual membership survey (Click here to start). Your feedback helps us hone our programs and events to inspire your personal and professional development. I hope to see you at the Conference and hear from you on the survey! Research | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
ATD Puget Sound is always trying to improve our game and it is time to release our annual Member Survey . Through this survey, we will be able to better quantify our programming, pricing strategies, and membership value. Armed with these results, we will work to improve resources, education, and programming for years to come. The results from the Member Survey will educate and inform the board and administration for many years. I urge you, through Member Survey participation, to influence the direction of our chapter for years to come. The more feedback we receive, the better equipped we will be to improve our existing services and develop new ones to meet emerging needs By completing the survey, you can opt in to be entered into a drawing for an annual membership to ATD Puget Sound – we will draw two winners. We — the ATD Puget Sound Chapter Board of Directors — ask each of our members to take the Member Survey by October 9 and to take a step forward in making our chapter the best in the nation. Let your voice be heard! Click here to respond now. Thank you, Sarah Nell Reynolds Director of Research |
