A Practical Guide to Mentoring

How do I get a mentor? How do I become a mentor? How do I make the most of a mentoring relationship once? Mentoring can be complicated but it doesn’t have to be. Join author Rocia del Moral as she discusses the practical side of mentoring and shares advice for newcomers and seasoned vets alike.

Rocio del Moral

Rocio del Moral is an author, entrepreneur, and product manager. She has worked with and in tech companies for over a decade. Originally from Mexico, Rocio co-founded a digital marketing agency and an online influencer marketplace along with her co-founders back in her home country. She then moved to Seattle with her husband and dog, sold her share of the startup to her co-founders, and is now a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon. She is an active member of the Latinx ERG within the company and has helped her community with career development initiatives. In her book "Mentorship: How to Get a Mentor, Become a Mentor, and Drive an Effective Mentoring Relationship", she breaks down mentoring into a tangible and practical guide that brings results and growth.
