In this engaging and thought-provoking presentation, internationally-recognized coach and facilitator Nina McGuffin Simonds will explore how the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) model provides a unique approach to helping teams and organizations work through change. Attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of the ORSC Model and a specific coaching tool for facilitating the change process.

- Exploration of the four cornerstones of the ORSC model and what makes it unique from other consulting and facilitating approaches.
- Gain experience in working with edge theory and the voices of a team or organizational system.
- Experience a specific process that helps a team or group gain alignment during a change initiative.
- Understand and be able to articulate the benefits of systems coaching in facilitating change.

Nina McGuffin Simonds brings expertise in emotional intelligence, conflict management and systems awareness to her work with clients. She has worked with client companies including Allstate, McDonald’s USA, Microsoft and Alaska Airlines on a variety of leadership development projects and change initiatives with outcomes ranging from developing up and coming leaders to building trust within a cross-functional team. Nina is passionate about helping people thrive in their relationships and their work. Her approach is based on the belief that increasing emotional intelligence and systems awareness helps people and organizations work through change with more ease. Nina is a certified Organization and Relationship Systems coach (ORSCC) and has achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. She is on the faculty of CRR Global and has had the opportunity to train coaches from a diverse set of cities from Barcelona to Warsaw.
