Join this month's Member Event to understand the opportunities available at psychological thresholds and leave with ideas for immediately useful practical applications.


Learning Objectives:
- Understand what a psychological threshold is and when it occurs.
- Identify psychological threshold opportunities in your learning experiences.
- Use psychological thresholds multiple ways for deeper learning and retention.

In this session you will:  

  • Understand the psychological theory behind how people engage with information; use this knowledge to enhance learning effectiveness and retention.
  • Take an intentional approach to developing and delivering learning experiences.


    Our guest: 

    Kelli Frey, CPTD, is a consultant, speaker, and coach who has served as a strategist and thought partner to business leaders around the globe. A founding partner at PPL MGT, an HR Solutions consulting firm, where she specializes in facilitating behavior change to drive impact for individuals and teams. She also works at VCU Health as a Senior Consultant on the Talent Management and Organizational Development team, where she promotes performance excellence across the enterprise. Kelli is an alumni ATD National Advisor for chapter leaders.
