Maria Kolesnikoff  is an ICF-PCC certified executive coach, leadership development strategist, and founder of Your Way Up Coaching LLC. With over 20 years of global experience in talent and organizational development, Maria brings deep, hands-on expertise in coaching and developing leaders across industries and cultures. She has supported hundreds of new and emerging managers, helping them navigate the complex transition from individual contributor to confident leader.
Throughout her career, Maria has designed and implemented enterprise-wide leadership programs, talent frameworks, and development tools for nationwide companies, high-growth organizations, and global institutions. Her systemic approach ensures training programs don’t just teach leadership—they embed it into the fabric of the organization. Whether through workshops, coaching, or blended learning programs, Maria focuses on building scalable, sustainable learning solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Maria currently coaches leaders across four continents through BetterUp and co-facilitates the Pacific West community of coaches. She has taught leadership and HR strategy at the graduate level for over 15 years, and recently has become a member of ATD Puget Sound.
