Renew & Reignite: A New Year Workshop
This will be a hands-on, highly interactive virtual workshop for participants to reflect, dialogue and action plan for the new year.
Sherry will facilitate a conversation following a 3-Step approach, focusing on appreciative inquiry and mindfulness.
Step 1: Remember
Reflect on the past year and remind yourself of the choices you made and how you filled your year.
Step 2: Release
What do you want to let go of from the past year...regrets, mistakes, things you wish you had not said or done, pain (physical and emotional) ….
Step 3: Re-Focus
Journal your answers to questions about the new year. Create words, images and wishes to be your guide for the new year.
