We are a national staffing firm seeking to fill an Instructional Designer position for a prominent client of ours. This position is working in Seattle, WA - Details for the position is as follows:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary focus of the Instructional Designer – Patient Operations Training role will be to assist the Patient Operations department by creating training curricula for new hires and developing eLearning content for external users in support of Commercial launch efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with the Patient Operations team to conduct needs assessment and develop internal on the job training programs.
Design and produce engaging and adaptive learning solutions for both internal and external stakeholders in a variety of formats, such as online, mobile, in-person and blended solutions.
Act as learning design consultant with other teams within company to identify their learning problems, explore options, and guide them toward the best solution for their situation
Analyze users' needs, iterate based on user testing and measure effectiveness of learning solutions
Understand current trends and research in the Learning and Development industry and share your expertise with others, on topics such as learning objectives, social learning, mobile learning, motivation and assessment.
Support blended learning approach by creating classroom materials in tandem with e-Learning.
Coordinate and lead training sessions, hands-on training and train the trainer sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 years instructional design experience.
Experience in a GxP (GLP, GMP, GTP or GCP) regulated environment
Experience in publishing interactive e-Learning content in SCORM and/or AICC format.
