Learning ROI: Measuring at Kirkpatrick’s Level 4

Description: It’s often challenging to measure learning at the 4th level. See how Pacific Medical Centers (PMC) reduced manual errors by 50% through a virtual training program. This impact was shared with the organization’s leaders and solidified why PMC’s investment in learning development is valuable. After this meeting, we'll all be better equipped to show the value of our work. This chapter meeting will focus on the Evaluating Learning Impact pillar of ATD's overall competency model.

Sarah Nell Reynolds, M.A. is a leader of learning with expertise in adult learning and instructional design, specifically in the area of technical training. She is skilled at identifying opportunities to connect and collaborate with professionals to create innovative learning.

Hailing from the Midwest, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois (Math/Secondary Education) and a Master’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University (Human Resource Development). Being a technology trainer and lover of math, the Director of Research position is a great fit!
