“Managing Change from Local to Global”
Managing change is a challenge for all of us. Yet learning how to provide opportunities and solutions during change events is a skill every organization and individual needs to be successful in today’s ever evolving markets. Join special guest facilitator, Sharon Conroy, as she takes us through a change management scenario of the global recycling industry. During this interactive session, Sharon will walk us through how to successfully implement short term, medium term and long term change management strategies, and discuss how to seize opportunities that arise during dynamic global change. Bring your questions and let’s learn together!
