EVENT DESCRIPTION

This Member Program will focus on the Evaluating Learning Impact pillar of ATD's overall competency model. 

Measuring the impact of learning is the holy grail for many learning professionals.  This workshop will provide a conceptual overview and tactical steps for implementing an easy - and actionable - strategy for measuring learning.  Participants will leave with actions they can take immediately. After this session, you’ll be able to:

• Ask leaders key learning measurement questions

• Implement a learner survey measuring reaction, relevance, and prediction

• Describe the components of a full learning measurement strategy.

About Greg Brisendine:

Greg Brisendine is a Seattle business leader, poet and playwright.  He has worked in the wireless industry, the human services industry, the software industry, and several others.  He spent some years as a learning measurement consultant and believes that learning should be measured by how well it does what it was designed to do.  His recent book is Measuring Success: A Practical Guide to KPIs makes measurement easy.
