In keeping with the ATDps theme for First Quarter 2021 - Virtual Facilitation and Design, the Leadership Development SIG will discuss the following:

• Key skills needed to effectively lead a virtual team.
• How to develop/mentor emerging leaders in a virtual environment.
• Identifying potential leaders in a virtual environment.

o How to overcome unconscious bias in identifying future leaders.

This community of practice group shares a passion for advancing the discipline of leadership development. We welcome anyone that shares an interest in leadership and professional development topics--from veterans to those that are new to the field! We’ll rotate each meeting with a networking event or structured learning event.
