Presenter:  Carol Butterfield, Account Director at Towers Watson

Carol Butterfield brings over 30 years experience developing solutions to complex workforce issues in dynamic environments. In her role as account director, she connects Towers Watson's deep talent pool with relevant intellectual capital to help clients effect organizational change.

She is technically grounded across a broad array of HR disciplines and has been recognized for taking on unique assignments that cross over these areas.
