ATDps: September 2021 Virtual Member Event
Audience Personas & Empathy Maps
In order to create effective learning experiences, it helps to deeply understand the target audience. We can attempt this by developing empathy for the individuals. In this hands-on session, we will use two user experience tools that will take us beyond the traditional audience analysis: personas and empathy maps. Our goal will be to better understand the goals, challenges and work environment of our learners.
