Leadership Development Interest Group

This community of practice group shares a passion for advancing the discipline of leadership development. We welcome anyone that shares an interest in leadership and professional development topics--from veterans to those that are new to the field! We’ll rotate each meeting with a networking event or structured learning event.  

At the upcoming session, we will discuss how life experiences shape leaders. These life experiences might include family events, volunteer roles, hardships, travel, education, and other non-work experiences. How have your life events shaped your leadership style? How can life experiences be incorporated into a leadership development program?

Join us for another engaging deep dive into the session topic. Bring your personal and professional experience, ideas, and questions to this interactive Zoom session. Special Note: At Rover HQ, many employees take their dog to work--so you may run into a furry friend (or a few)! All employee dogs are up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please note, however, no guest dogs will be permitted for this event (the only exception is a certified service animal).
