Meet people from private and public sectors in training, coaching, performance improvement, human resources, leadership development, and organizational development with an emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our work. This interest group's overall goal is to exchange ideas, share best practices and strategies, and resources to help shift the culture of Talent Development through DEI lenses and build a culture that weaves DEI into the fabric of our work. Emotional Intelligence (EI) and the ability to make good decisions are paramount to professional success. EI is the ability to understand, assess, and regulate your own emotions, correctly interpret the verbal and nonverbal behaviors of others and adjust your behavior in relation to others. EI is a key strength in building rapport. Decision making required one to determine the need and importance of making a decision, identify choices, gather information about choices, and take action on the appropriate choice.
