Every organization faces issues of trust and communication and needs practical tools for managing conflict, having difficult conversations and leading in complex environments.  Gracious Space has been proven to transform work environments across the country in very diverse settings including health care, education, government, business, education and community.  Participants will also:

• Learn tools and practical ways to apply the Four Elements of Gracious Space
• Learn to create space for different perspectives
• Identify three specific ways to create Gracious Space in their groups or organizations.
