ATDps: September 2022 Virtual Member Event

Want to deepen your knowledge and expand your skills? Looking to move into a new role but not sure where to start? Most talent development professionals spend more time developing others rather than focusing on themselves. Learn how to create a personalized learning plan of ATD resources to close your knowledge and skill gaps.

The Talent Development Capability Model details what TD professionals need to know and do in order to be effective. Learn how to use the self-assessment results to create a plan of ATD content tailored to your needs and current proficiency level.

After this session you will be able to:

• Understand what is in the Talent Development Capability Model

• Perform a self-assessment against the Capability Model and understand your self-assessment results

• Select a learning path from the Capability Model

• Identify your knowledge and skill gaps from the gap assessment tool

• Build a personalized learning plan of ATD resources to close your knowledge and skill gaps
