Workshop Description: “A New Model for Innovating Organizational Innovation” with William ("Bud") Wurtz with Coaching for Creativity How do you foster innovation in your organization? This session presents a new model of organizational creativity and innovation based on five proven factors. This scientifically-validated, field-tested model, developed through the Institute for Applied Creativity at Texas A&M University, provides workplace learning professionals and managers with a model that serves as both an organizational diagnostic tool and a template for organization change to foster more creative thinking and transform new ideas into profitable innovations. You will learn about how a variety of organizations have used the model to make constructive change. This is a practical approach to make your organization an innovation leader in its industry.
