We’re excited to welcome you to the ATD Puget Sound 2026 Mentorship Program — and it all begins with our Kickoff Session on January 30th.

This year's theme,  Growth Through Collaboration, reminds us that mentorship is more than a professional development tool — it's a relationship-building experience that helps us learn from one another, expand our networks, and support each other's growth.

Before the Kickoff

• Make sure you’ve completed your application (links below) and Slack setup
• Review your mentee/mentor profile once pairings are released
• Look out for program communications starting January 29th
• We’re thrilled to have you join this vibrant community and can’t wait to see the powerful connections that emerge this year.

What to Expect at the Kickoff

During this interactive session, you will:

• Learn how the program is structured and what to expect over the 4.5-month journey
• Get oriented to key milestones, tools, and participation expectations
• Meet your mentor or mentee(s) and begin establishing your meeting cadence
• Explore how to align on SMART goals and get the most out of your partnership
• Connect with other participants and begin building your peer support network
  

We encourage you to bring your lunch, your curiosity, and your questions. This is a casual, community-driven event designed to help you start strong.

• Build meaningful relationships with fellow professionals
• Strengthen leadership, coaching, and communication capabilities
• Support career clarity and confidence in a safe, peer-driven environment
• Foster a professional community that’s shaping the future of talent development

Program Requirements

• To make the most of this experience, all participants are asked to:
• Commit to a 4.5-month mentorship partnership (January 30 – June 15, 2025)
• Meet regularly with your mentor or mentees (recommended: 30 minutes/week)
• Actively participate in Slack discussions, group sessions, and program surveys
• Provide your Slack ID for community engagement (or set up an account)
• Reach out to the program team if challenges arise during the process
