PNODN presents:
This session highlights ways to measure the success of internal diversity and cultural competency efforts, including pre-program/post-program assessment techniques, analysis of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies; the importance of clearly defined, measurable program objectives; and an evaluation that measures the effectiveness of the pre-stated objectives. The training is based on successful efforts at organizations large (100 to 100,000 employees) and small (all volunteer nonprofits).
Lonnie Lusardo is owner of and Principal Consultant for The Diversity Collaborative, a veteran owned business that specializes in Cultural Competency Training and Strategic Diversity Management for governments and corporations.
