In keeping with the ATDps theme for First Quarter 2021 - Virtual Facilitation and Design, the Leadership Development SIG will discuss the following:
- Key skills needed to effectively lead a virtual team.
- How to develop/mentor emerging leaders in a virtual environment.
- Identifying potential leaders in a virtual environment.
o How to overcome unconscious bias in identifying future leaders.
Bring your experience, ideas, and questions to this interactive event. It will be fun and informative.
This community of practice group shares a passion for advancing the discipline of leadership development. We welcome anyone that shares an interest in leadership and professional development topics--from veterans to those that are new to the field! We’ll rotate each meeting with a networking event or structured learning event.

**Special Note: At Rover HQ, many employees take their dog to work--so you may run into a furry friend (or a few)! All employee dogs are up-to-date on their vaccinations. Please note, however, no guest dogs will be permitted for this event (the only exception is a certified service animal).
