Director of Education and Community, Market Leader, Inc.

This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for the strategy and execution of creating industry leading education and training to help Market Leader’s rapid growth. This includes providing education to our more than 100,000 residential real estate customers, training Market Leader staff, and other innovative initiatives.

For the right person, this will be a fantastic opportunity. We have already made education a key strategic advantage for Market Leader, and in the quarters and years ahead we can do so even more. The new Director will not only get to run a team of talented people, but will get to help lead us to the next level, now also integrating and leveraging our IMSD and ActiveRain communities.
