Director of Technical Training
We are currently seeking a Director of Technical Training who will manage the learning strategy to support business goals and initiatives for the Personal Insurance Product Management function. The director will oversee a geographically dispersed staff to design, develop, and deploy learning solutions that support new hire, change management, and performance improvement initiatives. Stakeholders are geographically dispersed and include a diverse range of audiences including business analysts, systems analysts, actuarial roles, and policy production employees whose technical learning needs consist of complex analytics, consultation, forecasting, and process adherence. This individual will be expected to lead the design, assessment, and reporting of learning needs and outcomes using creativity, collaboration, and industry trend insight. The right candidate will be an energetic, influential, and resilient financial/retail services business leader with expertise on best approaches for learning, development, and performance improvement.
