We are currently looking for a passionate, professional Training Specialist to develop and facilitate training and culture programs for our leadership and front line staff in our hospitals and other work sites in the South Puget Sound.  Our ideal candidate will have experience with ADDIE, building a culture of engagement, along with strong relationship building, collaborating and problem solving skills. The mission of our Leadership Effectiveness Team is to create and sustain an engaged culture led by those who we have transformed through effective education and training programs, come join us!

JOB SUMMARY  

In collaboration with Manager, develops, delivers, coordinates and maintains management and leadership development programs, including, but not limited to, Management skills, Human Resources skills and Leadership skill training.  


Education/Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Human Resources or related field and two (2) continuous years of progressively responsible experience in organizational development and/or training & development that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities required.  Two years’ experience in employee relations strongly preferred. PHR/SPHR and/or CPLP certification preferred.  

Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.


Licensure/Certification


·               PHR/SPHR and/or CPLP certification preferred.
