Bing Learning Training Specialist

 

Overview:

We are looking for a top-notch professional Training Specialist who can rapidly develop and coordinate a high-quality custom curriculum to meet the needs of our large-scale organization. Candidates with strong industry experience and expertise are preferred.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop a high quality curriculum plan to meet the needs of a large scale organization

• Organize, develop or source training programs based on specific training needs

• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house)

• Develop and define the budget needed to support the cross-organizational learning offerings

• Identify best-in-class external training opportunities that excite and delight the targeted audience

• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs

• Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design

• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information

• Develop recommendations for the logistics needed to manage and support this training program

• Design and prepare educational aids and materials

• Assess instructional effectiveness and summaries evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs

 

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation

• Prior industry experience developing curriculum and training plans for large organizations

• Ability to develop programs in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge and Expertise in training methodologies

• Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting

• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools

• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques

• MS Office proficiency

• Sharepoint proficiency

• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

• Strong communication skills

Master’s degree in Education, Training, HR or related field was previously strongly preferred but if they have right connections and industry/large org experience it is not necessary- the Sponsor here is simply trying to communicate that this must be a HIGH CALIBER CANDIDATE!
