Shift Time: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Description:
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes.
In addition
Gather all current Job Task Analysis processes.
Evaluate for best practices.
Prepare recommendations for the Training Value Stream & Training Governance Board.
Work with SSG Tech Writer to develop a standards document.
Conduct upgrade (expansion) of the recent JTA work on the 30304 job code (NOCTI 777x work).
Arrange and facilitate JTA’s for 917XX and 301XX Job codes.
Work with LTD Instructional System Designers to translate results into “base data” for POC 1 – 4 Pilot.
Education / Experience:
Must have Instructional System Design experience
Must have project management skills
Must have superb organizational and communication skills
Must have team collaboration experience and work in a stressful environment
Must have Microsoft Office and Project experience
