Position: Project Manager (learning team)

Qualifications
- Must be proficient and have experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of Project Management principles and practices, organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Must have initiative and be able to drive the project forward and keep the project on track
- Good written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of management.
Main Functions
- Manage and design learning programs for Engineering employees at TMO
- Manage relationships and contracts with key training vendors
- Creates and drives project status reporting and meetings
- Will head up projects dealing with Learning, Training, and Development
- Track Roll Out status
- Point of contact for teams requesting scheduling
- Schedule sessions
