    Senior Program Manager

    Job Description:

    WrightRobbins, a full service technology learning consultancy, is looking for an entrepreneurial professional with proven successes as a program and/or project manager.  In this role, you will use your project management and business communication skills to act as a key liaison with major corporate clients, such as Microsoft and Intel, in the strategic planning and implementation of large-scale, complex projects.  Projects include worldwide program development and rollout, BOM development and execution, program strategy and communications development along with other initiatives.

    Responsibilities consist of the day-to-day management of multiple assigned projects with the ability to drive progress forward by managing contributing resources and deliverables within defined schedules and budgets.

    This role is expected to exhibit strong leadership and business acumen with an emphasis on client service.  This position will provide program management leadership across the organization with an eye toward quality control for identified deliverables.  This role is well suited for an individual who has solid leadership skills and provides the opportunity for the candidate to progress into a managing consultant role. 

    Job Requirements:

    ·         7+ years of demonstrated program and/or project management experience

    ·         Direct experience working with or at Microsoft, Intel or other major technology organizations

    ·         Familiarity with technical audiences

    ·         Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack preferred

    ·         PMI or Project+ certification desired

    ·         Experience developing, implementing and managing complex, multi-faceted programs

    ·         Ability to provide strategic insight to support the development of innovative solutions for client needs and execute successfully

    ·         Exceptional analytical capabilities

    ·         Prior agency or related consulting experience with a proven track record of successfully managing and building client relationships

    ·         Ability to gracefully juggle multiple tasks and competing demands simultaneously
         Ability to work under tight deadlines and on several projects simultaneously


    Key Competencies Required:

    This high energy person is expected to exhibit program management leadership through strategic thinking and cohesive implementation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with multiple points of contact worldwide to drive assigned projects and have a proven track record of consistently exceeding goals. The ability to effectively operate and be highly accountable within an entrepreneurial, team-based organization is also essential.

    Application Platform Learning Architect

    WrightRobbins, a full service technology learning consultancy, is looking for an entrepreneurial professional with proven successes as an Application Platform Learning Architect.  This position will challenge and reward a strategic thinker who possesses a comprehensive consulting skill set and enjoys leading large-scale, worldwide project engagements.  The desired candidate will have deep business consulting and project management experience in addition to breadth and depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies (particularly Application Platform solutions with an emphasis on Business Intelligence) and familiarity with other industry leaders in the technology arena. 

    Experience with learning delivery and/or learning curriculum development is also preferred.

    This position requires a highly self-motivated, organized individual with the ability to lead strategic consulting engagements for a wide range of Microsoft subsidiaries and other top global technology leaders. The ability to offer technology consulting expertise in an unstructured environment and exhibit business acumen is essential.

    This senior-level position is well suited for an individual who has strong leadership skills and provides the opportunity for the candidate to help develop new services offerings for the organization, with a natural progression towards moving into a managing consultant role. 

    The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in technology, business and learning as it applies within the IT industry with enterprise-sized organizations.
