Greetings from the Organization Development Network! We are reaching out because your work and that of your members is either a form of Organization Development or is some adjacent conversation about humans in our work and communities - in other words, your work is important to human endeavor.

We are holding our 30th Annual conference September 28-October 1 in Spokane, Washington. We would love to invite you to be a part of it. Like you, we see the rapidly changing world for the opportunity it might be for our fields to step in and step up to make a greater positive impact. The world needs us, all of us, and we are mighty when aligned and inclusive.

Take a look at our lineup of speakers and workshops on our website and see if there is something that might be of interest. We are limited to 250 attendees... and we want the conversations we have there to be rich, diverse, and the first step on a road to greater collaboration

If AI feels like something everyone’s talking about but few have figured out how to use meaningfully in learning and development, you're not alone. That’s exactly why we created ATD Intensive: AI in Learning and Development, a hands-on, immersive three-day virtual event designed for talent professionals who want to move from curiosity to clarity.

Starting July 10, 2025, Intensive will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and practical strategies to use AI right now in your work.

    Imagine being able to:

    • Build a chatbot that answers learner questions using your organization’s own content
    • Lead informed conversations with stakeholders about what AI can and can’t do in your programs
    • Evaluate risks and opportunities of using AI ethically in content creation or coaching

Explore what’s possible, identify where AI can make a real difference in your work, and start mapping out your next steps with confidence.

You’ll learn from top practitioners, connect with peers navigating similar questions, and participate in interactive sessions that bring learning design and AI together in meaningful ways.

Come with questions. Leave with options.

Register here for the Virtual 3 day program - and be sure to use our special code 8020 to help support our chapter.
