If AI feels like something everyone’s talking about but few have figured out how to use meaningfully in learning and development, you're not alone. That’s exactly why we created ATD Intensive: AI in Learning and Development, a hands-on, immersive three-day virtual event designed for talent professionals who want to move from curiosity to clarity.

Starting July 10, 2025, Intensive will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and practical strategies to use AI right now in your work.

    Imagine being able to:

    • Build a chatbot that answers learner questions using your organization’s own content
    • Lead informed conversations with stakeholders about what AI can and can’t do in your programs
    • Evaluate risks and opportunities of using AI ethically in content creation or coaching

Explore what’s possible, identify where AI can make a real difference in your work, and start mapping out your next steps with confidence.

You’ll learn from top practitioners, connect with peers navigating similar questions, and participate in interactive sessions that bring learning design and AI together in meaningful ways.

Come with questions. Leave with options.
